How fresh is the coffee when it is shipped?

We roast our beans daily in small batches. Most orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest possible flavor profile at your doorstep.

What are your shipping rates and delivery times?

We offer flat-rate shipping across the country, with free shipping on orders over $50. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes, we offer flexible subscription plans where you can choose your favorite blend and frequency. Subscribers enjoy a 10% discount on every recurring order and can cancel at any time.

Can I return my coffee if I am not satisfied?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns once the bag is opened. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Which grind size should I choose for my brewing method?

We offer Whole Bean, Espresso (fine), Filter/Aeropress (medium), and French Press (coarse). If you are unsure, we recommend Whole Bean to maintain maximum freshness and grinding it yourself just before brewing.
