At Seven Miles Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every cup. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for our coffee beans, equipment, and accessories.

Return Process

    Contact Our Support Team

    Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or report an issue with your coffee beans.

    Prepare Your Package

    Ensure the items are in their original packaging; for equipment, all manuals and accessories must be included, and coffee bags should remain unopened if possible.

  • 3.
    Ship the Items Back

    Securely pack your items and send them to our roasting facility using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund or Exchange

    Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement coffee immediately.
